Placing an Order
  • Thank you for shopping with us today!
  • Once you’ve found the product(s) you want to order, simply click the “Add To Cart” button.
  • When you’re done choosing your item(s), click the proceed to checkout button to fill in the information required. All the information you enter is used for the sole purpose of delivering your order in the most efficient way.
  • Choose your payment option and then click “Place Order”. You will then automatically receive a confirmation via email with your order details.
  • During the checkout process, you can also create an account in order to securely save your payment information and shipping address for an expedited check out experience in the future.
  • As soon as your order is shipped you’ll receive an email with your tracking number, estimated delivery date and any other relevant details.

US Shipping and Delivery
  • We ship from warehouses on both coasts. Our strategic locations allow for fast shipping anywhere in the country.
  • Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We might also use Fedex and UPS.
  • Orders placed before noon Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will usually ship that same day. Orders placed after noon will ship the next business day.
  • Most orders will arrive very fast in 3-4 workdays.
  • Since shipping happens fast, we do not offer options for faster shipping.
  • A signature is required in orders over $100.
  • Delivery will usually be between the hours of 11:00am and 7pm.
  • We trust our delivery carriers to do their best to deliver orders, but we cannot guarantee shipping times. Please Note: We do not issue credits for any sort of shipment delays due to weather related issues and other events beyond the control of algosexy.com and our shipping carriers (USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc.). Events include airport closings and natural disasters.
  • Undeliverable Packages. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, nobody available to receive a parcel, etc.) we will notify you by email. If the delivery problem is determined to be due to an error on our part or of the delivery service, then algosexy.com will ship you a new order.
  • You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Order Changes and Cancellations
  • As soon as your order is received we proceed to process and pack it to have it ready for shipping the same day so you get it quickly. Therefore, we are unable to make any additions, changes or quantity adjustments to it, or stop it from shipping.
  • Once the order is processed and shipped we can not make any changes to the address. In most cases, if the order can not be delivered due to an address error, the parcel will be returned to us by the carrier. All returned orders will be refunded and can not be shipped back out.
  • If you no longer wish to receive the order we suggest that you do not open the package, mark it “Return to Sender” or refuse the order at the time of delivery. You can also bring the unopened package back to the carrier and advise them you are refusing the delivery. Please keep in mind the nature of the products purchased and make sure that the shipping box remains as originally sealed by us since all orders are considered accepted and the products used once the shipping box is opened and will not be accepted back by our warehouse.
Backorders

Nearly 100% of our items are in-stock at the time of ordering. If by chance you purchased an item that is out-of-stock, we will not hold your order until the item becomes available since it might be weeks before we get the item back in stock. In this case we will immediately refund your payment. We will email you as soon as the item is back in stock in case you are still interested in purchasing it, and you will get an additional 10% discount if you reorder the item or any other item.

Canada and International Shipping and Delivery

We deeply apologize but at the moment we are not shipping orders to Canada or other countries. We expect to resume shipping to Canada and International destinations in the fall of 2021.

Shipping Cost and Free Shipping
  • Lower 48 states, Shipping is always FREE on all orders over $49 (before tax and after any coupon code is applied). This offer applies to the lower 48 states. If order is less than $49 the cost of shipping will be a flat $10.95.
  • Alaska and Hawaii, Shipping is always FREE on all orders over $99 (before tax and after any coupon code is applied). If order is less than $99 the cost of shipping will be a flat $15.95.
Can I get same day or next day delivery?

We do not offer same day or next day delivery..

Return Policy

Regrettably, due to the intimate nature of adult sexual products and health and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns. Our policy is firm: any item that is designed to come into contact with any body parts or bodily fluids is non-returnable and non-resalable. This applies to lingerie also. Once the shipping tape and delivery box are cut and open, the products are considered touched and used, and therefore cannot be returned.

Defective Products and Warranty

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens. If the item you received is defective, Please Do Not Send It Back To Us. All product warranties are efficiently handled directly by the manufacturers. Most items will include a Warranty Card with Return Instructions inside the product package. However, if your product didn’t include a Warranty Card, please email us at [email protected] with your order number in the email’s Subject Line. We will promptly email you information on requesting Warranty directly from the particular manufacturer of your product.

For your information, a defective product will include, but is not limited to, the following issues:

  • Won’t charge
  • Damaged to external shell
  • Won’t turn on or off
  • Won’t change modes
